Data Deletion Instructions.

This page explains exactly how to request deletion of your personal information from Setflow AI LLC. We process every request within 30 days.

Who this is for

  • Prospects: anyone who has direct-messaged an Instagram or Facebook account that Setflow operates on behalf of a coaching Client.
  • Clients: coaching businesses currently or formerly engaged with Setflow.
  • Website visitors: anyone whose data was collected via setflowai.net.

What we will delete

On request, we will delete the personal information we hold about you, including:

  • Conversation history (messages, voice notes, images you sent).
  • Profile metadata associated with you (username, name where provided, timestamps).
  • Contact details, scheduling information, and notes generated during the conversation.
  • For Clients: account access tokens, billing identifiers, and internal notes (excluding records we are legally required to retain for tax and accounting, typically 7 years).

We cannot delete data that resides exclusively on Meta's platforms (for example, the Instagram or Facebook account you sent the messages from). To delete data held by Meta, use Meta's own tools: Instagram Data Settings and Facebook Settings.

How to request deletion

Email mohsinkhan@setflowai.net with the following:

  1. Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
  2. Your identifier: one of the following.
    • Your Instagram username (e.g., @yourhandle), or
    • Your Facebook profile name and the Page you messaged, or
    • The email address you used with us (for Clients).
  3. What you want deleted: "all data" is fine, or specify (for example, "conversation history only").
  4. Confirmation of ownership: one sentence confirming you are the owner of the account or data referenced.

That is all we need. You do not have to provide a reason.

What happens next

  1. Within 3 business days: we acknowledge receipt and assign a request reference number.
  2. Within 30 days: we complete the deletion across all systems where your data is stored: our Redis conversation cache, ManyChat exports, internal sheets, and any backup snapshots. Where applicable, we notify the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy (Section 5).
  3. Confirmation email: once complete, you receive a confirmation including the request reference and a list of systems purged.

If your data is mixed with a Client's account data (for example, you direct-messaged one of our coaching Clients on Instagram), we will coordinate the deletion with that Client. The deletion still completes within 30 days.

Data we cannot delete

A small amount of information must be retained to comply with the law:

  • Billing and tax records: retained for the period required by US tax law (typically 7 years).
  • Records related to a legal claim or investigation: retained until the matter is resolved.
  • Aggregated, non-identifying statistics (e.g., total booking-rate counts). These do not identify you and are not subject to deletion.

We will note any such retention in your confirmation email.
